2. Service Content

The App provides features such as wallpapers, widgets, themes, and AI-generated images. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Account

You do not need to register an account to use the App. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through the App.

4. Subscription Services

The App offers the following subscription services:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99
• Monthly Subscription: $12.99 (first month special price of $4.99)
• Annual Subscription: $24.99 (includes a 3-day free trial)

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions in your device settings.

After subscribing, you will unlock all in-app content. Different subscription products will provide varying usage limits for AI-generated images, as follows:

• Weekly Subscription: 10 uses of AI-generated images per week
• Monthly Subscription: 10 uses of AI-generated images per week
• Annual Subscription: First 3 uses free, then 13 uses of AI-generated images per week

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including but not limited to text, images, and software) are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used for commercial distribution without authorization.

6. User-Generated Content

Users can create image content through text input. You guarantee that you own all rights to the text content you upload.

We respect your privacy; for more details, please see our Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" basis, without any guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability of its content. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the App.

We may periodically revise these terms. The modified terms will be published in the App, and your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
